Instructions:
1) Extract one of the menus in the cstrike-folder
2) Bind a key to enable the menu ingame - put the following in your userconfig:
bind "?" "+commandmenu"
** In the tacs-menu you have to edit the commandmenu yourself. Open the file with
notepad and put in your own tactics.
